Effective July 1, 2014, public works projects in which expenditures for the complete project do not exceed $109,000 will be considered exempt from the Act. This was adjusted by the annual Consumer Price Index published by the Federal Bureau of Labor Statistics as required by § 81-3445,§ 81-3449 and § 81-3453.
